K-FIT High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T) Classes are boot camp style classes designed to help our clients get lean, fit and strong. K-FIT is our one of a kind, coach supervised group training program that combines high energy music, motivated people, and High-Intensity Interval Training that creates a remarkable training experience and outstanding results. We use a combination of every type of exercise equipment imaginable such as, sled, ropes, free weights, kettle bells, running, bikes, rings, sandbags, etc. In these classes you will lift, run, push, pull, drag, swing and throw yourself into the best shape of your life. Every class is different so boredom is not an option. This is group fitness like no other.
