Shoulder injuries are one of the most common injuries in exercise, throwing and contact sports, Oftentimes,  shoulder pain, and injuries can be avoided with a proper shoulder/upper body warm-up. In the following short video I demonstrate a very quick and effective  warm-up using a mini-band. I recommend doing this warm-up before you workout or participate in your sport.
