When I joined KSTRENGTH two years ago with a Groupon, I thought I knew the equation for staying toned: tons of cardio and fad diets. After a month of boot camp and absolutely no cardio, I saw more change in my body than I had seen in 6 months of what felt like serious effort. That’s when I decided to cancel my regular gym membership and only workout with Kevin, Ken and Dan.
Since then, I’ve graduated college, started my career and have managed to get my body fat percentage down from 32% to 24%. I still have some work to do, but I’m very confident that with the support of the trainers at KSTRENGTH and the friends I’ve made here, I’ll get where I want to be soon. And I definitely won’t be using a treadmill nor counting calories to do it!
