The push-up is one of the more basic and most popular forms of upper body pressing exercises. Coincidentally, it is also one of the hardest for many people (especially beginners or the unconditioned) to perform correctly. If you are one of those that has a hard time doing a proper push-up, cannot do them at all or are looking for progressions to improve your clients then please watch the short 5 minute video below. In the video we start out with the most basic progressions and progress through to a full, correctly performed push-up.
