COVID-19 forced the government to close gyms across the country to protect people from the spread of the coronavirus. Realizing that now more than ever people needed guidance and the ability to maintain or even ramp up their health and fitness routines K-Strength immediately jumped into action.
We took our awesome fat burning, muscle building H.I.I.T. Boot Camp Programs, and tailor-made them so that clients could still perform the workouts in the comfort and safety of their homes with minimal equipment.
We are currently offering workouts Monday-Wednesday at 7am and Thursday and Friday’s at 9:30am. We record the workouts each day so that you can still do them at your convenience if you missed the live session. We also leave each workout up for 48 hours in case you missed it to get it done.
The workouts are 60-minutes in length. They begin with a dynamic warm-up and them proceed into 30-40 minutes of H.I.I.T. boot camp style classes using body weight, bands, kettle bells, dumbbells and sliders. If you do not have a certain piece of equipment we offer you other options for that exercise that day. The workouts are super fun, challenging and effective. Best of all they change each day to eliminate boredom and constantly stimulate your body to burn fat and increase lean muscle.
These classes are available for no additional charge with our online personal training and nutritional coaching packages as well as a monthly package price ala carte.
