What does the nutrition plan consist of?
The nutrition plan begins with a 10-Day Detox Program. The program is based on an elimination diet. This means we eliminate the most common causes of food allergies, inflammation, and substances/chemicals that can wreak havoc on not only your fat loss but overall health. Some of these are caffeine, alcohol, processed foods, artificial sweeteners, etc.
Many of the body’s systems, including the digestive system, carbohydrate metabolism, cardiovascular system, and immune system can be adversely affected as a direct result of our diets. Allergies and exposure to toxins in food, water, and the environment are being increasingly recognized as major contributing factors to health problems. The Thorne 10-Day Detox Protocol is designed to help your body detoxify by providing nutrients and botanicals essential to support efficient cleansing.* The program also gives your body a “break” from potential allergens that can be consumed on a regular basis, as well as alcohol, caffeine, and refined sugars.

It also depends on where you are starting. If you have a small frame or are looking to get stronger, you might not lose as much as someone in a different scenario.
Our biggest focus is on helping you get fit and healthy, whatever that may mean to you. (Keep in mind that the winners are chosen not just by the number of pounds lost but also by the overall transformation achieved and points accumulated.)
If I am a current member, what do I pay?
You get an early bird rate of only $75 (until August 21st). This will allow you to also come to as many boot camp classes as you want for the 6-weeks. Also, if you refer a new member to participate with your get a $25 discount on your contest entry! The new client pays the new client rate.

What if I don’t have a lot of weight to lose?
This isn’t about weight loss; this is a transformation contest. You will be assessed on your transformation pictures first and all the other numbers (weight, body fat, inches, etc) second and your point accumulation total. So, the team that wins might not be the team that loses the most but rather the team that has the best overall transformation and highest point total. Losing the last 10lbs is often harder than the first 10lbs, but it is also much more noticeable in your pictures.
What if I want to keep my nutrition/training/lifestyle the same?
That is your decision to make! We will supply you with an amazing nutrition plan that has been proven to get results, and we will provide you world-class training, but you have the choice to follow it or do it on your own. However, we think that you know which one will lead to better results.
If I follow your nutrition plan, will I be starving all the time?
Simply, no. However, during the detoxification phase (first 10-days) it will not be very easy as you are eliminating many common addictive foods and substances. Don’t worry though, you will have an awesome support system to help you through and it is a short but very important time.
From there we reintroduce the eliminated foods one at a time to see how your body responds. This way you will learn which foods work with your body and which foods work against you.

You likely may be eating more vegetables than you are used to, but we ensure that you have the knowledge to prepare them deliciously.
