We average about 6-8 per class at 5:45 so they are not typically crowded. We look forward to working with you!

Of course. We have participants of all ages and body types. The goal of our classes is to help each client achieve their own personal needs and goals. I am confident you would feel comfortable with us. Thanks for your comment!
What is the min. age for participants, it’s my daughter but she is 5’6″ and 240….
The minimum age is 16 years old.
I purchased the Female Athlete program for one month and would like to start tomorrow night (6/18/13) at 7pm.
I wanted to purchase the primal classes but there is option for that class.

How many classes per week do you recommend for someone who doesn’t need t loose weight but wants to tone up?
That really depends on what condition you are in now, training background if you do other types of training doing the week, etc. However, for most 2-4x/week is optimal
Can you tell me how many people are in the 10:00 am classes?
Our 10 am is generally our smaller class size. Usually between 5 and 8 people.
